Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These terms cover your use of Invoked — the desktop app, this website, and related services. We’ve kept them plain. By using Invoked, you agree to what’s below.
Using Invoked
Invoked Inc. (“Invoked,” “we,” “us”) provides a desktop application and services for building, running, and connecting AI agents. You may use Invoked in accordance with these terms and any plan limits that apply to your subscription. You’re responsible for the keys, credentials, models, and tools you connect, and for the actions your agents take with them.
Your account
Some features require an account. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to subscribe to a paid plan.
Plans, billing & trials
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle you select. Prices and plan features are shown at checkout.
- Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
- Discounts (for example, student or team pricing) are subject to eligibility and may require verification.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invoked to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate the terms of the third-party models, tools, or APIs you connect;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data;
- build automated agents that abuse, overload, or attack third parties.
Your content & ownership
You own your prompts, skills, harnesses, and the outputs you create with Invoked. We claim no ownership over them. Because Invoked is local-first, most of that content lives on your machine. We own the Invoked software, brand, and website, which you may not copy or resell except as these terms allow.
Third-party services
Invoked connects to model providers, MCP servers, and APIs that you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability, output, or charges. You’re responsible for any usage costs they bill you.
Disclaimers & liability
Invoked is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes; you’re responsible for reviewing what they produce before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoked is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using Invoked at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may keep using the locally-installed app subject to these terms and your plan.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions? Email legal@invoked.ai. See also our privacy policy and cookie policy.
